Peppers & Spinach stir fry over whole wheat noodles

Ingredients
Directions
1 box O organics whole wheat linguine cooked to directions1 bag fresh express or dole baby spinach1 yellow & 1 orange or red bell pepper, chopped3-4 cloves garlic minced2 cans white beans2 pats butter
Cook noodles according to directions. Meanwhile in frying pan melt 2 pats of butter and saute garlic. Add peppers an cook about 2 minutes, add bag of spinach and wilt down. Toss in white beans and heat through.
Serve bean/veggie mix over noddles and top with a bit of Parmesan cheese if desired.
