1 cup plain low fat yogurt2 meduim apples, chopped1 cup chopped celery1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup walnuts
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and serve. Makes 4 servings.

    Craisins are good with this recipe, too! I use a little Miracle Whip instead of yogurt but will try some Greek yogurt for extra creaminess. - 9/20/10

    As is it is bland. Most Waldorf salad recipes have at least lemon juice. I added lemon and orange juice and also replaced 1/4 of the yogurt with lite mayo (it adds fat but gives a hint of the creaminess you expect in this salad). - 7/15/08
