Bananna Bread

Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Egg Yolk, 1 large (remove)*Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (remove)Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tbsp (remove)*Bananna, raw large, 8-9", 3 serving (remove)*Imperial Stick Margarine, 8 tbsp (remove)salt- 1 tspdefinately add cinnamin, nutmeg, and maybe some cloves to taste. Also, if you add 1 or 2 tbsp of flavored (liquid) coffee creamer, it raises it a level!
preheat oven to 350. spray bread pan with veggie spray.
cream the margarine and sugars; then add the wet ingredients. sift together all dry ingrediants and add to wet mix slowly.
bake at 350 for an hour-- if you use a large bread pan.
if you split it between 2 regular pans, it should cook in 40 minutes. middle to come clean with toothpick.
if it doesn't seem just quite done, turn off the oven and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. don't forget, it'll continue to cook for a bit when you take it out. best warm!
