Vegan berry frozen smoothie - 3 servings

Ingredients
2 cups almond milk, original with calcium1 package Mori-nu Silken tofu, soft200g frozen, unsweetened strawberries150g frozen, unsweetened blueberries
Directions
Makes 40 oz-- which I use as three servings of about 12-13 oz each.

Add tofu and half the almond milk to the blender, then add blueberries and blend about 20 seconds, Add strawberries and blend, add the rest of the almond milk as needed to keep it blending. This will be milkshake thick, very frosty and perfect for hot summer days.
