Healthy Southwest Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 apple, diced- 1/8 cup sauerkraut- 3 T balsamic vinegar- 1 medium carrot, sliced- 3 T salsa- 1 medium carrot, sliced- 1/4 cup fat-free yogurt (plain)- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed- 2 T guacamole (avocado only)- 1 packet Equal- 4 cups spinach- 1 medium mushroom, diced
Directions
Dice the vegetables, drain and rinse the beans (if using canned), then mix everything together in a medium to large bowl and enjoy!
