Apple Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken breast strips, cubed1/4 cup chopped onion (or to taste)1 tbsp. olive oil1 package Knorr Rice Sides, Chicken Flavored1 1/4 c. water1/2 c. Simply Apple 100% Natural Apple Juice1/4 c. dried cranberries (Craisins)1/2 c. Kitchen Basics Unsalted Chicken Stock1 large apple
Directions
Cook chicken, onion, and oil together in a skillet

Slice apple.
Add apple and remaining ingredients to another, larger skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 min. or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.

When everything is finished, combine it together.

Makes 3 large, man-sized servings
