Feta Apple Salad

Ingredients
Tart Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) one red, one granny smith*Bell Pepper (Green) 1 Med, Raw, 1 serving (remove)Red Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Feta Cheese, 3 oz (remove)*Canola Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)Fresh ground pepper to tasteTarragon dried or fresh to tasteHerbs de Provance to taste
Directions
Core apples and cut into medium chunks.
Clean, remove seeds and veins from bell pepper; cut into large chunks.
Cut onion into large dice.
Crumble feta into large rough chunks.
Combine vinegar, oil, honey and seasonings well; toss together with all other ingredients. Allow to sit for at least 20-30 mins for flavors to blend.
