Beef and Rice Cassarole

Ingredients
1 # lean ground beef, cooked6 cups cooked white or brown rice1 16oz jar of spagetti sauce
Directions
cook the beef and the rice, combine in baking dish and mix in the jar of spagetti sauce. You can top with some low fat cheese if you like. Bake until warm through out about 15-20 minutes.
