Chocolate, PB, Oatmeal Cookie Balls (No-Bake!)

2 Tbsp- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft) 1/2 Cup-Brown Sugar Blend (=24 tsp servings)1/4- cup Milk, 1%1 1/2 Tbsp- Nestle Unsweetened Cocoa1/2 tsp- Vanilla Extract4 tbsp - Whipped Creamy Peter Pan Peanut Butter1 1/4 Cups Dry-Oats-Old Fashioned, Plain
Melt margerine, add brown sugar blend and melt, add milk and cocoa, whisk until smooth and blended. Remove from stove. Whisk in vanilla and PB, stir in oats.
Roll into 1" balls. Easier method (if you have one) is to use a small melon baller. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray every 6 cookies or so if using this method to prevent mix from sticking.
Put on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill, then transfer to wax paper lined airtight container. Great when frozen!
Makes 36 cookie balls/12 Servings. Serving size is 3 for under 100 calories!
