Chicken and Veggie stir fry

Ingredients
1 T Olive Oil1 Cup chopped sweet onion1-2 Green onions sliced thin1 Cup bite size sliced carrot2 zucchini squash (about 2 cups)1/2 Cup sweet red bell pepper1 cooked chicken breast (bite size pieces)1/2 cup chunk pineapple2T Reduced sodium soy sauce1 tsp of honey1/2 tsp of ginger1/4 tsp garlic powdersprinkle of red cayenne pepper
Directions
Chop vegetables into bite size pieces. Heat olive oil in pan, then add onion, carrots and zucchini and stir until slightly cooked. Then add pepper, pineapple and chicken and cook for a minute or two to heat through. Add sauce, and sprinkle with the ground cayenne.
Serves 2.
