Crunchy Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 (6oz) can water packed Albacore tuna1/4 cup diced celery1/4 cup diced apple2½ tbsp light mayonnaise2½ tbsp sweet relish
Directions
Combine tuna, mayonnaise and relish; mix well.
Fold in celery and apple. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
Serve on salad greens or as sandwich filling on hearty wholegrain bread.
