Stuffed Green Peppers

3 green bell peppersI onion chopped3/4 cup Minute Rice, brown1 can tomato soup plus enough water to make 15 ounces1 lb 93% lean ground beef
Boil green peppers for 5 minutes.
Heat over to 350. Brown ground beef and onion. Add enough water to the soup to make 15 ounces or use 15 ounce can of tomato sauce. Add 1 cup of soup and the rice to the beef and stir.
Take peppers and put in a baking dish. Add the ground beef mixture to the peppers and top with the rest of the soup. Cover and bake for 45 minutes and then uncover and bake for 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings of half a pepper and stuffing each.
