Mom's Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce3 TBSP Corn Starch1 Pound bag of bean sprouts1 can of sliced mushrooms, including juice1 can of water chestnuts, including juice2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast (5-6 breasts)2 cups 1/2 inch diagonally sliced celery1 cup thinly sliced onion2 cups frozen Arctic Gardens frozen Thai Stir-fry veggies2 cups frozen No-Name California Style Mixed Vegetables2 cups brown rice2 TBSP Margarine (Optional, included in nutrit. calculation)2 Tsp Salt (Optional, included in nutrit. calculation)
Directions
Mix soy sauce and corn starch in the bottom of a very large (4.5L +) microwavable bowl. Add all other ingredients except for last three (rice, marg, salt). Stir and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir. Microwave 10 more minutes and stir. Microwave another 5-10 minutes until cooked through.

While chow mein is cooking, prepare 2 cups of rice according to package directions.

Makes 7 large servings.
