Ingredients
half cup whole wheat flourhalf cup white flourhalf cup brown sugar/jaggary1/4 cup water1 tsp ground cardamom1/4 cup shredded coconut2 ripe, medium bananas, mashed1/4 cup canola oil (for frying)
Directions
Mix ingredients in a bowl, except for the oil, making a batter. Heat the oil on medium high, in a saucepan. Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls into hot oil, frying until very dark brown. Remove with a slotted spoon. Makes about 20 treats, the size of a golf ball.
