19 oz. Lean Ground Turkey1/2 cup Onions, raw, chopped 1/2 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped 2 tsp Garlic, minced1 tbsp Olive Oil1 6oz can Tomato Paste2 cups Tomato Sauce3 cups Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes1 tsp Thyme, dried1 tsp Oregano, dried 1 tsp Basil, dried4 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Brown ground turkey in olive oil. Add onion, green pepper and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent. Add seasonings and flax seed meal . Place tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste into crock pot. Add meat and veggie mixture to crock pot and stir to combine. Cook on low for 6 hours.
