Light Tuna Patties

Ingredients
3 cans water packed tuna-drained3T chopped chives8 saltine crackers mashed into crumbs2 large eggs3T fat free miracle whip3t. yellow mustard1t ground black pepper1T horseradish2t minced garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Take a large frying pan and add either a few tablespoons of olive oil or spray Pam cooking spray. Spoon a healthy spoonful of mixture into pan (you can fit 3 patties per pan). Flatten down the spoonful with your spatula. Brown on both sides and serve with tartar sauce. These can also be used as patties for sandwiches.
