Brown Rice with Lentils and Tomatoes

3 cups cooked whole grain brown rice2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes without salt1 cup cooked lentils1 14.5 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green and/or red bell pepper1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
Makes four servings, about 1 1/2 cup. Place all ingredients in 3 quart saucepan (or crockpot if you want to leave it for a while). Cook until heated through and onions and peppers are done. Serve hot.
