Teriyaki chicken and apple salad

1/2 c. teriyake marinade1/4 gala apple1/4 red pepper1/4 sweet vidalia onion1 chicken breask, no skin (approx. 6oz cooked)mixed greens
Best if you merinade chicken in teriyake sauce overnight. Cut into 1" squares and slice vegetables and apples.
Spray skillet. Pan cook chicken and vegetables in leftover teriyake sauce. Add apples towards the end, depending on crunchiness desired.
Serve over a bed of lettuce. If desired, add a few sprays a Wish Bone salad spritzers (Red Wine or Balsamic is best) to lettuce for additional flavor.
