Green Pepper Dip

Ingredients
2 eggs2 tbsp vinegar2 tbsp sugarsalt and pepper to taste1 pkg low fat cream cheese (softened)1 small bell pepper1 small onion
Directions
In small sauce pan combine eggs, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Beat ingredients. Cook on stove top on low heat constantly stirring until a cottage cheese consistency. Chop bell pepper and onion into small pieces. Place in mixing bowl with cream cheese. Pour egg mixture into mixing bowl. Still all together until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve. (If dip seems too thick after refrigerating, add a little milk to thin out). Serve with veggies and/or crackers as dippers. Makes 8-10 servings
