Ingredients
3.4 C whole wheat flour1/2 C flour2 Tsp ground flax seed1 1/4 C low fat buttermilk1 egg1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 Tsp canola oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, then n 2 cup measuring cup, combine wet ingredients. Mix all together. Heat griddle and spray with Pam. Ladle 1/4 cup batter on griddle. Makes 12 pancakes, 2 per serving. 6 Servings
