Ingredients
8 oz. unsweetened coconut4-5 egg whites1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Whisk egg whites until foamy. Stir in shredded coconut and tsp vanilla. Mix well. Shape into balls or use ice cream scoop to shape. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
