Mama Pete's Saurkraut and Pork Recipe

Ingredients
3lb. Pork Sirloin Roast32oz. Jar of Silver Floss Sauerkraut2 chopped cloves of Garlic1 tsp salt1 tbsp. Fresh Cracked Pepper.1 Cup Brown Sugar3 Cups of Water
Directions
Cook pork roast until well done. I cook mine in a crock pot for at least 8 hours with 2 cups of fresh water with Garlic, Salt and Pepper. Once Roast is done poor off excess fat and water. Shred pork with knife. Pour in 2 cups of fresh water. Add Sauerkraut and Brown sugar. bring back to a boil and simmer an additional 60minutes.
