Simple Frozen Fruit Treat

Ingredients
Directions
StrawberriesBanana Orange JuiceBlender or food processor
Use a blender or food processor to make this dessert. Just place frozen strawberries, juice (I use OJ), and banana in blender in and blend until it is thick. You will have about 3-4 cups after it is all blended.
Feel free to use any frozen fruit you like.
Tips:
You can often just place fruit from the store in the freezer directly - bananas will brown on the outside but are perfectly fine on the inside.
Since this always makes more than I need, I freeze the rest. However, do not place the dessert directly into a plastic container - you'll never get it out until it thaws. The water in the mixture will be come very solid and hard to enjoy after a day in the freezer. Line the container with cellophane first for easy extraction.
