Oriental Chicken Slaw

Ingredients
1 bag14 0z Cabbage-Slaw mix, green-red with carrots 8 0z Waterchestnuts Celery, raw, 1 cup, dicedGreen Onions, 1 cup, chopped1 Carrot, Shredded or thin 2" strips(only if it is not included in slaw mix)Chicken Breast, no skin, chopp small pieces1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt1/2 cup Olive Oil1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinigar1-2 Chicken Bullion cubesSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 8-1-cup servings

Chopp and saute chicken breast set a side to cool
Mix together:
Slaw Mix
Chop green onions
chop Water chestnuts small pieces
Carrot (1) if it is not included in slaw mix

Seperate: mix together oil and vinigar (use apple cider) and disolve chicken bullion with Salt and pepper to taste
pour over vegitable mix

Add chickhen and seeds
Pour dressing over all ingredients and chill. Serve with in half hour as the slaw mix may get soggy.
