Baked Onion & Tomato Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half)1 14oz can of diced tomatoes (undrained)1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup (dry mix -- can also substitute Garlic Herb Soup Mix)1 tbs of Olive Oil1/2-1/3 cup of 2% Mozzarella
Directions
Cut chicken breasts in half and lay in a (pre-sprayed) cooking container. In a separate bowl, mix lipton dry mix, tomatoes and olive oil. Pour mixture over chicken evenly.

Cook at 375 for 25 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through). Sprinkle mozzarella over top and return to oven for about 2 minutes (or until cheese is melted). Enjoy!
