Awesome Healthy Chicken Veggie Skewers

Ingredients
1/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla (Divided)1/4 tsp Curry Powder(Divided)2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary(Divided)1/4 tsp Garlic powder(Divided1/4 tsp Paprika (Divided)3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1/2 Large Onion1 Medium Red Bell Pepper1 Medium Orange Bell Pepper2 small Yellow Squash1 Medium Yellow Pepper
Directions
1. Chop all vegetables into bite-sized and flat chucks(slice squash about 3/4" thick, and put into large zip-lock bag.

2. Cut chicken about the same size as veggies, and put into a separate zip-lock bag.

3. Sprinkle one half of the milk, and each of the spices and rosemary into each bag, mix, and let refrigerate for about half an hour.

4. Slide in whatever order you like onto skewers, and grill on low heat until chicken is cooked through

Makes 4 servings, depending on skewer size.
