Creamy chicken and rice casserole

Ingredients
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 cans cream of chicken soup (low-fat is better!)can of low-fat milk1 cup of rice (I prefer white)onion salt/powder to tasteseasoning salt to taste
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, until bubbly. Makes about 6 sevings.
