1 lb ground beef, lean1 tbsp minced shallot1/4 cup parmesan cheese1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal1 egg1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp italian seasoning blendsalt and pepper to taste1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and shape into 20 balls. Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
