Ingredients
1 can of your choice of stew tomotoes1 small can of v8 juice1 zucchini1 summer squash1 small bell pepper (green pepper)1 small onion1 T basil1 T oreganosalt and pepper to taste1 t. garlic
Directions
in a sauce pan put in the stew tomatoes V-8 juice and basil, oregano parsely, then add onions and pepper, let cook a couple mins before adding zucchini and summer squash, let cook till tender. or desired tenderness
