CHOCO-OAT CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup oats1.5 pkg Truvia(or 1.5 tbsp sugar)1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powderpinch of salt3/4 cup almond milk1 tsp. vanilla2 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce1 egg1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Place all ingredients(except chocolate chips) in food processor and blend until smooth. Use 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Sprinkle on the chocolate chips. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. I set my griddle on 350*, so cooking times will vary depending on what you are using.
