protein pancakes

Ingredients
1 cut oats1 scoop vanilla protein powder1 t. cinnamon3 egg whites2/3 cup skim milk1/2 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)1t. vanilla
Directions
Mix and grill on non stick grill using 1/4 cup of batter for each pan cake. serve. This made 6 pan cakes for me- I devided them into 2 each ans served them with a prozen fruit shake... mmmm good.
