Ingredients
2 pints of grape tomatoes1 1/2 T. E.V. Olive Oil1/2 ounce package of fresh basil7 oz of fresh mozzarella cheeseBalsamic glazesea saltItalian seasoninggarlic saltfresh ground pepper, to taste
Directions
Wash and slice tomatoes in half.
Chiffonade the basil.
Add olive oil and seasonings to taste.
Toss to combine.
Slice cheese into bite size pieces and place on the top of the serving dish of tomato mixture. Don't toss again.
Squeeze a decorative amount of Balsamic Glaze over the top and do not toss, unless you're serving it right away. The cheese turns brown and doesn't make a good presentation for guests. This is delicious and low calorie!
