3 tbsp fat free cream cheese1/2 cucumber, sliced2 tsp celery seed1 whole wheat pita
Spread the cream cheese onto the whole wheat pita. Sprinkle the celery seed on top of the cream cheese. Layer the sliced cucumber on top of the celery seed. Slice the pita like a pizza and you hve an easy, quick snck or sandwich.
