Slow Cooker Sunday Pot Roast

Ingredients
3 lb beef chuck roast2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp fresh cracked pepper1 tsp salt1/2 cup white wine3 white potatoes, chopped2 large carrots, sliced1 celery stalk, sliced1 Spanish onion, chopped2 tsp rosemary2 tsp thyme
Directions
Rub roast with garlic, salt and fresh cracked pepper. Add roast and all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 hours.
