Ingredients
4 cups shredded cabbage (or slaw mix)1/4 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise1 tablespoon splenda1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, Splenda, and Vinegar. Mix until smooth. Toss with the cabbage. Chill for about 1 hour.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.

    I didn't like how dry it was, there wasn't enough dressing to it. I had to experiment and add to get it creamy enough and not just cabbage with a touch of dressing. - 8/8/07
