Nigella's Guacamole (1/4 cup)

Ingredients
Avocado (4)Salt (1 tsp)Lime (juice of 1/2)Scallions (4)Cilantro (1/4 cup)
Directions
Juice 1/2 lime into a bowl, add salt and stir to incorporate.

Add avocado, the thinly sliced scallions, and the chopped cilantro.

Mash it all up with a fork until beautiful.
