Cold ranch veggie pizza

Ingredients
1 roll of reduced fat cresent rolls8oz. fat free cream cheese8oz. fat free sour cream1 packet hidden valley ranch mix2 cups fine shredded carrots2 cups shredded broccoli1 cup shredded radishes
Directions
roll out cresent dough on to a cookie sheet (do not seperate triangles) heat according to package until golden brown
let cool
mix together cream cheese,sour cream and ranch mix
spread over cooked cresent sheet
add carrots,broccoli then radishes
place in fridge until chilled
1 serving size is 1/8 of pizza..you can make smaller piseces for an appetizer
