Ingredients
4 cups dry whole wheat rotini2 cans chili ready tomatoes1 lb ground turkey.25-.50 tsp of cumin seed 1 med onion
Directions
brown turkey, add in finely chopped onion half way through browning. Drain, add 2 can tomatoes undrained and cumin seed. Toss with cooked pasta.
