Ingredients
1lb Rigatoni7-8cups pasta sauce (I used Ragu).75lbs of lean ground beef15oz ricotta2 cups mozzarella.5 cups parmesan
Directions
Makes 10 Servings

Prep Rigatoni per box instructions
Brown meat and mix in sauce

Layer 2c sauce, half pasta
Top with ricotta, half parm, half moz
Cover with sauce
Add the rest of pasta, parm, sauce

Bake at 375 until bubbly
Top with remaining moz and bake until melted
