Best Meat Loaf

Ingredients
* Ground beef, lean, 16 oz * Garlic, 1 tsp * Onions, raw, 1 large * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Saltine Crackers, 1 cup, crushed * Catsup, .5 cup * Milk, 2%, .5 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Use enough milk to moisten well and form into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. To drain excess grease from meat loaf, bake on a rack in pan. Mom always used the rack from her canning pressure cooker.

May also include chopped mushrooms...not included in calorie count.
