Mixed Rice Salad With Cranberries

1/4 C Olive Oil 4 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar, 1 CRice- Royal Blend Texmati White, Brown, Wild & Red Rice Rice Select (dry),1/4 C Almonds, .25 cup, slivered (remove)1/3 C Ocean Spray Craisins 1/8 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sesame Oila sprinkle of white pepper
Cook the rice and allow it to chill completely
Add Craisins and almonds to the rice
Mix the rice wine vinegar and olive oil, blending with a whisk. Add the white pepper and salt and re-blend.
Pour the vinaigrette you've just made over the rice, stir and add salt as needed
