Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey1/2 white onion, chopped1/2 red bell pepper, chopped1/2 green bell pepper, chopped2 packets taco seasoning1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice2 1/2 cups water
Directions
Brown ground turkey with onion, red & green bell pepper, taco seasoning over medium heat.
Add brown rice, water & salsa. Stir & heat to boiling. Simmer covered 1 hour. If desired, garnish with low-fat shredded cheese & fat-free sour cream.

    Easy to make ahead, freeze or reheat - it get's better with time.
