Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
.5 cup canned diced tomatoes6 tbsp tomato paste1 tsp garlic powder.25 tsp ground black pepper.2 tsp season salt1 Habanero Pepper12 oz grass fed ground beef
Directions
Chop up the habanero pepper very fine.
Mix garlic powder, pepper, salt together. Combine it with the ground beef.

Brown meat mixture in a non-stick pan (there is no need for additional oil).

Once meat is brown add diced tomato and tomato paste.

Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Serve on 100 calorie hamburger buns. I usually eat it with a side vegetable as well.

Serving size is 4 oz of the meat mixture or 1/2 a cup.
