1 lb. ground turkey1-2 T (to taste) Herbes de Provence1-2 T (to taste) San-J Organic Tamari (wheat free), if you can find low-sodium, more power to ya.2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
Crush garlic cloves and mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Form into patties and grill.
