Wilted Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 bunch spinach, washed and stemmed1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil2 slices turkey bacon1/2 bunch green onions, sliced1/2 can waterchestnuts, sliced1 tablespoons cider vinegar1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
1. In a large salad bowl, toss together spinach, green onions, and water chestnuts. Set aside.

2. Fry bacon in olive oil until crisp; cool and crumble. Set aside.

3. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of bacon grease/olive oil. Add vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Heat.

4. Toss hot dressing with salad. Sprinkle bacon on top. Serve immediately.
