Keri's Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 Cup uncooked white long grain rice1 6oz can tomato sauce2 cloves garlic2 cups HOT waterpam.5 tsp salt
Directions
Spray 10' pan with pam to coat bottom about 3 sprays. Brown 1 cup rice on high heat with .5 tsp of salt and 2 cloves garlic. reduce heat to low add 1 6oz can of tomato sauce and 2 cups HOT water at the same time. cover and bring heat back up to boil for 18 minutes turn heat off and let stand for 5 minutes and serve. VERY IMPORTANT ONCE LIQUID HAS BEEN ADDED DO NOT STIR AT ALL.
