Simple Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz. Extra Lean Ground Beef1/4 cup Water2 TBSP. Dry Onion Soup Mix2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
Directions
Mix the water and onion soup mix together and pour over the ground beef. Mix well and add the worcestershire sauce (if desired). Heat a skillet or the grill over medium-high heat. Shape the meat into hamburger patties and grill or pan-fry for about 10 minutes on each side. Add desired garnishments and enjoy!

Makes 4 quarter pound burgers or 5-6 smaller ones.
