Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cupMangos, 1 cup, sliced*Yogurt, Yoplait Light Very Vanilla, Fat Free, 4 oz Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed *Splenda, 3 tsp Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .3 cup (not packed)
Place apple juice, cottage cheese, yogurt and Splenda in blender, blend until smooth. Add mango chunks and blend until smooth. Add frozen strawberries and blend until thick and creamy.
