Strawberry Granita

Ingredients
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup warm water2 TBS fresh lemon juice = 1 oz.
Directions
makes 8 1 cup servings

In a blender dissolve the sugar with the water. Once dissolved add in the strawberries and the lemon juice. Puree until smooth. Pour into a 8 X 8 dish. Feeze for 3 hours. Stir completely. Freeze for another 5 hours or overnight. Let sit on counter around 10 minutes. Grate with the tines of a fork and serve in 1 cup dishes.
