Spicy Buffalo - Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
8 oz 99% fat free ground turkey1/4 cup reduced fat blue cheese2 Tbsp onion, minced3 Tbsp texas petes hot sauce1/2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp yellow mustard1 1/2 Tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together ground turkey, blue cheese, oats and onion. Season with worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Mix well. Form into two equal patties, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cook on preheated forman grill until done, about 8 to 10 minutes.
